With jet lag, you really can’t sleep anyway, so there’s no reason to stay in bed. I wear layers to face the morning chill, but sitting in the temple while they do the morning ceremonies is a spine warmer – Kundalini loves it! After two hours of divine music, candle flames, bells, flowers, and a profound deep inner stillness, we all sing Jaya Jaya Arati Nityananda. It’s such a sensory indulgence to see Bhagavan’s golden form on the outside, be singing and tasting His name, while still experiencing Him on the inside – there is only One. That One is Me; That One is You.
